Breathwork

I will facilitate a powerful breathwork journey during which you’ll lie down and receive. Breathwork has various benefits such as stress release, mental clarity, increased self-awareness, improved sleep, energy boost, reduced anxiety, emotional release, emotional resilience & quieting of a racing mind. The breathwork journey is fully guided and suited for first-timers.

During and after the breathwork journey, I will do individual energy healing to support the release process and gently balance your body.

This event is fully confidential - whatever is shared in the circle, will stay in the circle.

Pia and I are excited to welcome you to our women’s circle in Helsinki on July 21st, to connect with joy, inspiration, authenticity, openness and friendship. In our lives, coming together with other women in safe spaces to be seen, heard & witnessed as our authentic selves has played a huge role. This inspired us to create a similar space for women to come together.

Sharing Circle

We’ll start the evening with a grounding meditative practice to shake off the day and connect with our bodies and the space. After this, we’ll continue with a sharing circle. If you haven’t participated in one before, circles are a safe space for you to share anything you want - anything from what you’re currently struggling with, to celebrating an accomplishment, to the challenges of being a woman (we fully honor you if you choose not to share). Circles often turn into general discussions about the topics shared. This circle is fully confidential - whatever is shared in the circle, will stay in the circle.

After the sharing circle, I will facilitate a powerful breathwork journey during which you’ll lie down and receive. Sacred Sisterhood

Why Sacred Sisterhood circle?

Every woman is different in her own beautiful and unique way. In this modern world we have lost ourselves in comparison and perfectionism. We see perfection, happiness and goodness in others but can’t find it in ourselves. Instead of competing, we should support and inspiring each other to our highest potential. If we don't get a genuine connection with other women, more superficial structures and competition will form and we begin to focus on irrelevant things, instead of joining our strenght and creating a lot of good around us. At the end of the day, we have a lot in common, we just want to be seen, heard and accepted for who we are.

Welcome to Sacred Sisterhood circle. If you are looking for place where women accepting and inspiring each other, this event is for you. In Sacred Sisterhood you will receive gentle breathwork, meditation, energy healing and authentic connection with other women.

The ceremony is a moment of relaxation for yourself and an opportunity to turn your attention inward, and see what feelings and thoughts arise from there. The circle is all about creating a space for connection and togethernes. I believe that in the healing journey, we need each other so that we can be seen, vulnerable, and open. The presence of another person, support, guidance and a safe environment to share things is a big part of healing.

My only wish is that you come to the event as you are, authentic self, and I hope that during the circle you will be able to release your worries and find your own truth without being fixed, advised and pushed.
